Top-X is not obligated to delete any user-generated content. If deletion is made possible, it will apply only to user-facing displays.

Even after deletion from display, Top-X is not required to delete:

• Internal copies
• Logs
• Archives
• Information included in models
• Derived works
• Commercial uses
• Business outputs
• Uses already performed
• Published advertisements
• Statistical data derived from the information
• Information incorporated into algorithms or models

Top-X may prevent deletion if doing so would harm service integrity, game results, algorithms, or other users' experience.

10. Publication of Information, Results, and Rankings in the User's Name

• The user agrees that all content uploaded to the platform is public.
• The user agrees that Top-X may publish, share, or display: Name or username, Profile picture, Game results, Rankings, Achievement data, Uploaded content, Any information intended to be public according to the nature of the platform
• Such publication may occur on: The website, Twitter/X pages, Additional social networks, Blogs, magazines, or content pages, Advertising or marketing campaigns, Top-X applications or tools, Business collaborations, Marketing materials
• The user agrees that no additional approval is required for such publication.

11. Permissions for Access to Third-Party Services

When you choose to log in using a third-party service (such as X or Google), Top-X may receive certain information defined by you as public or accessible to third-party apps, such as name, username, profile picture, and email address. The scope of information transferred is determined by the third party's terms and privacy policies, not by Top-X.

By logging in through any external service (X, Google, WhatsApp, or any future service), the user agrees to the transfer of all information the provider allows to be shared.
